Add A Listing
Already a Member? If you are already a member of Rent BC or any of The My Ideal Home Network partnered websites you can log in with your current username and password to add or re-list your rental listing.Login To My Existing Account Now! or Search For My Login Info.
Not a Member yet? Placing your rental listing is an easy 3 step process. This process will provide you with a username and password that will enable you to list your rental properties on the Rent BC website. Just follow the steps below:
How to list on Rent BC
Step 1: Create An Account
To create your account click on ‘Create An Account ’ on the menu to the left.
Indicate whether you are a private landlord or a property manager/management company. This will provide you with helpful information that pertains to your particular needs.
Fill out the account sign-up form and click ‘Submit’ to create your account.
Write down your username and password. You will need this information to login.
Step 2: Log In
Click on the animated ‘Click Here To Create Your Account’ graphic to login to the system directly after creating your account or navigate to the Rent BC home page and click ‘Member Login’.
Enter your username and password.
A management tools menu will appear on the left of your screen and a help page on the right. Please read this help page as it describes in detail how to use our management tools and place your listing.
Step 3: Place Your Listing
Once you are logged in, click ‘Add’ on the management tools menu.
You will be presented with a list of property types. Please select the type that best describes your rental property.
Fill out the rental listing form. The required information is indicated in red and there are help buttons throughout the form if you get stuck.
Don’t forget to add pictures and additional descriptive information.
When you have filled out the form and have chosen the ‘Time Advertised’, quickly review your listing and click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of the page. Your listing has now been added and you will be forwarded to e-commerce.
