The New Westminster SkyTrain Station is only 1.1 kilometers away which is a 10 minute walk. The bus stop is a half block from the apartment. The New Westminster Quay is a great place to enjoy local events. There is lots of green space located three blocks away at Moody Park for you to enjoy sunny Sunday afternoons. Food and retail shopping stores at Royal Center are only three blocks away.
The distance to Simon Fraser University is 14 kms. or a 27 minute drive. The distance to Douglas College is 1 km.
Ashley Mansions participates in the New Westminster Crime Free Multi-Housing Programand has earned the right to display the CFMH logo. For your security, the building has a live-in manager.
Water and heat are included. The entrance has a security panel. There is an onsite laundry. There is an additional monthly charge for gated underground parking.
The building and apartment are very clean. The building is quiet. All prospective tenants must complete an application form with references. All applicants will be screened and references checked for your security. The lease term minimum is one year.
Please review the following TERMS. If you do not agree, then do not apply. "The Applicant acknowledges that pets, barbecues, waterbeds and aquariums are not allowed without advance written permission of the Landlord. The Tenancy Agreement will include these specific terms: no smoking (tobacco, marijuana, vaping e-cigarettes), no TV brackets on walls, music must be heard only in suite, no sub woofers with bass heard outside suite, no loud musical instrument playing (sound must be in suite). Additional person $30/month"

A rental application must be completed by all applicants. A rental application can be emailed to you to be completed prior to viewing to save your time. You can print, complete and PDF back or bring the application with you. Do not sign the agreement as this needs to be signed in-person if you wish to proceed with a rental application. The applicants will be short-listed, a reference / credit / background check will be completed.
